I have lived in the Tennessee Valley most of my life and am glad to show you any of the beautiful Tennessee land from the majestic mountains to the beautiful Tennessee River shoreline - as well as other Tennessee lakes and rivers. I am a licensed Broker with the State of Tennessee and am affiliated with East Tennessee Waterfront Properties, LLC. Because education is paramount in order to serve the public adequately I have studied and received several designations for REALTORS. Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS) allows me to enjoy working with investors and developers inside the United States as well as in other parts of our world. Other designations which I have obtained are my ABR ( Accredited Buyer’s Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) and e-PRO (a designation which encourages REALTORS to utilize current technology in assisting customers and clients).
